Owners are able to access our Property Management Software 24 Hours a day to view property bookings
We will keep your property well maintained, acting on inspection reports and guest feedback.
Prior to arrival all guests must fill out and sign a Guest Registration form to ensure terms and conditions are adhered to.
We adhere to the “Holiday Rental Code of Conduct” - To ensure that:

Service 3: South Coast Holiday Property Cleaning and maintenance
If you wish to manage your own property but don't have cleaners, gardeners or maintenance people then we can organise this for you. We will organise a professional cleaning service to clean your property leaving it spotless and ready for your next guests arrival. We ensure that the cleaning is specifically suited to your property and is consistently maintained at a high standard.
